What is more fattening mustard or bananas?

Which of the two is healthier? Which one is better to prevent cramps for sports?

Bananas are veeery healthy, they have a lot of fiber, vitamins, protein, and potassium. I love to run and I often eat a banana a little while before I run, they’re an awesome source of energy for athletes. Hope I helped :)
