Celebrity Apprentice? Hosted by Donald Trump?
They take a bunch of clebrities and split them into 2 teams (girls and boys) the teams call themselves Empresario and Hydra (I’m referring to Season 7). Donald trump gives them a bunch of tasks and each team has to pick a leader. They complete the task and the losing team has to eliminate someone but what happens is the leader of the losing team picks 2 people that they want to eliminate and Donald Trump picks one.
The leader of the winning team gets a bunch of money and can send it to the charity of their choice (they choose the charity before the show starts).
After one task is one they get a new one and the team picks a new leader etc.
