what is it in a girl that makes a guy so shy around her?

okay some guys just come over or up to a girl and is like aye whats your name can I get yo number lol but other guys just sits and stares or glance over at a girl but doesnt say anything so guys and girls if you can answer it too what does a guy see in a girl to make them so shy they are scared to talk to the girl so they just stare and smile?

I had this problem with a girl I recently liked I talked to her on the phone in text on myspace fine but when I got close to her the words just wouldnt seem to come out and I told her this. This never happened to me before but I did like her more then I’ve liked anyone else before. Anyways point being the reason I believe for a guy to be shy like that is because he likes you and doesnt want to make a jackass out of himself and mess things up for a chance at being with you and he doesnt know how to approach you.

wow sound like me. Am shy to. but still I wouldnt just sit there and stare. but um to answer this question. many reasons. Maybe they afraid to talk to the girl. maybe they not a social person. or maybe they dont like you but dont want to hurt your feeling by saying no. or maybe they talk funny ( Speech problem ,different race (( French german ect. ect.). and dont want to be made fun of? there ton of reason why a person is shy. here a few ^^
