What is it?

Sorry for being so blunt. But here is my situation. At the very top of my vigina, it’s often very dry, cracked, chapped, and sore. After a while it turns into a scab. I have had it for a while, but never thought of it as a serious problem. Just the other day I found a white bump on the back outer lip. When I squeezed it, white stuff came out. Now that can’t possibly be normal. The problem is, I haven’t had sex. I’m waiting for marriage. So that couldn’t be it. And I also don’t sit on public toilets, or any other toilet but my own. So what could it be? I’ve also never had a Pap smear since I’m not sexual active. Is it something I should be worried about that needs to be checked out?
