What is brightline compliance?

Well according to the description on the website Brightline Compliance:

In other words: It is a company that provides classes to business whose employees work in areas that might deal with sexual assault, abuse, and general wellness help. Hotlines, Planned Parenthood, and activist groups would be people who receive these classes from Brightline Compliance. However, some business companies also make their employees take these classes even if they are not in the health field.
