What is anarchy exactly???

Answer #1

Definition:

Anarchy: noun: a state of lawlessness and disorder (usually resulting from a failure of government)

chaotic situation: a situation in which there is a total lack of organization or control

lack of government: the absence of any formal system of government in a society

Answer #2

Anarchy always provokes images of riots and weapons and bloodshed and murder…

But this is not necessarily the case.

Anarchy is the condition of having no government, no political order, no established order.

This does not mean that there must be chaos. A nation in anarchy composed of individuals who are like-minded and courteous would not likely be in absolute chaos.

Government’s duty is to limit freedom just enough that you don’t trod upon the freedom of other people. In a society where people wouldn’t do this because of an innate moral code, government has little use.

Answer #3

“There’s no government, like no government.”

Answer #4

Absence of any form of political authority.
