What is a normal labia suppose to look like?

Hi I am a 14 year old girl and I am very embarrassed about my labia minora. Its big and a light brown color and I was wondering that do guys have a problem with that?im not sexually active but for the future.I am from latin hispanic roots my skin is a tan color . Is it normal for it to be a light brown color? Is it normal for it to be big ? I dont want to have surgery but I am very embarrassed , I havent told my parents or my friends. I hope you answer my questions.
