what is a decent weight for me?

My weight is 212 right now but I have man boobs already. My stomach isnt very big and I would like to know how many pounds I should lose?

That weight makes your ‘body-mass index’ 33.2. Generally you would want a ‘BMI’ in the low-mid 20’s and so if you could get your weaight down to about 150 pounds or so, that would be good. That would make you overweight and so yes getting a bit of exercise and trying to work off a few pounds would help. You could go to a gym and start with some low-intensity exercises and work your way up, or you could take a bit of a walk/ jog in the morning, etc.

Most importantly, you need to alter your diet. I am not sure what you eat, so I can’t really comment there, but a healthy diet working in tandem with a good exercise routine will get you into shape in no time :)!
