What kind of internet plans are available? How much do they cost and is there a limit to how much you can download? Are there any unlimited ones? Or is wifi easily available in places like malls or are they usually secured?

some companys will allow unlimited downlaods where others will cap it and once you reach teh freshold youll have to pay for the rest you use

other than that not much I can tell ya
