what Income tax mess is this?
Ok this wats going on I do childcare rite and I always on and off but when I first done it it was a form that I really hate because I end up oweing the a 1000 so I end up callin Irs and they said I got form that I never file frm 2009 and 2008 and she mail me a copy but it was a 1040 and it blank no info of me on it and it came with a book to show how to fill it out nw im like I cant fill this out I be workin 3 months then stop because parent end up not needin a siter so im like the childcare work never mail me my w2 but Irs mail me this like do they expect me to fill it out or tax people fill it out ? I don’t no what to do the form don’t got my job info or mine so what I suppose to do?
