What if im in love with a man who has a girlfriend already?

We met at work. He was my boss, I was secretly attracted to him. We always had this wonderful moments together with my team mates. We are happy at work. But I really cannot tell everyone that I like him since we are under his supervision. Honestly I didn’t do anything to make him like me. I am just contented seing him everyday. Until one day, he approached me to eat out together after work. I said ok, I told myself maybe he just want somene to talk to. We really had fun and I know he was happy. After our first eat out together, that was the start, he continuosly asking me to have a coffee and then start talking for so many things. I can say, he’s adoring for being good about how I view life and that he sees me as unique and different from many girls he’ve met.

After two months, he told me he like me when we headed home. I thought it was a joke but its true but he said he was afraid because he cannot commit he needs to do so many things like going to his mom in the states or maybe continuing his masteral degree. I told him, im not going to hinder his dreams.

The truth is, im inlove with him. I knew it, but there was this unexpected thing I suddenly found out on him- that he has a girlfriend. Nobody knows that even at work. He never mentioned that girl for so long now. I only found out that he has a girl very recently after quitting my job and deciding to work overseas. I am now away from him, but he he always reminds me that he miss me and our kisses and hugs and that he something in me that he never find in his girl. He said that he does not love her and that he only do it because thats what his family wants for him he doesnt want to dissappoint his family. I find it hard loosing him because he said I am the one who can help him get out of his situation right now and that he needed my help.. What will I do?
