okay, so I think my wisdom teeth are growing (one at the top and one at the bottom, both right side). it hurts :S I have taken a painkiller pill but it still hurts.
I may only go to the dentist on Thursday and then probably get them extracted if my dentist says so.
how many painkiller pills do you usually take so you wont feel the pain? or any other ideas so it wont hurt much?

also gargling with soluble paracetamol is good for it...
unless anyone here is a dentist then just remember not to take anything before the small operation and do exactly what the dentist says for your after care... I had a tooth out and was told to not take any pain killers 24 hours before the operation as this could cause the numbing injection not to work as it should ;)
my dentist told me I have to have my wisdom teeth out soon... they used to just grind them down but now they fully remove them and stitch you up with dissolvable stitches or summet haha
Trick is to take pain killers (the recommended dose) before the pain starts. This is especially important after the surgery. Get the pain killers before the anesthesia wears off and take them immediately and then every whatever hours is recommended at least for the first few days.
Try bonjela or a baby teething gel, they will help to numb your gum and make the pain more bearble.
