what helps random depression?

I sometimes get super depressed for no reason, out of the blue. I like dont like to be alone, and I dont feel like going to bed. I was wondering if there is something to help me feel happier or something.

talking to someone can do a lot of good. so maybe call up a friend who can REALLY make you laugh. and when I feel like that, I like to do a spa day for myself. doing my nails, trying new make-up looks, or even messin with my hair, hope that helpedd!

Talking to someone because being a lone when you are depressed is a bad mistake also meaby taking a walk, you know not being alone at home and just sitting there… And if you need I’m always here…

Sometimes everyone feels a bit down. Remind yourself it is temporary. Try and do something you like to do (I like to go drive around, or have a cupcake, this really depends on what you like to do) And then do the things you normally do no matter what. I know it can be hard to get normal stuff done, like getting up, getting dressed, doing random things that need to get done, but do it anyways.
