What happens if I am annoyed of the person I like?

I have a friend who recently told me that he likes me. I liked him before, but till today I only thought him as of friend. After he told me he liked me my feeling came back, but the thing is I am getting annoyed already. we talk like 24/7 on txt messaging and video chatting and etc. We havent done anything. We basically talk 24/7 it was okay for a few days but when it comes to weeks I am getting annoyed. Like I dont have to talk to you anymore kinda thing. No dating, no going out. what should I do? I really want to go on a date with him and enjoy it. I really want to go out with him. what do I do? help me!
