What hairstyle ideas and ways not to sweat?

I used to have this problem. Wash your underarms very well in the shower (if you don’t have a loofah scrub with your fingernails) in order to be sure you have taken all of the deodorant off from the previous day. The idea is you want to eliminate any odor or sweat causing bacteria from your underarms. After you get out of the shower and dry yourself wait atleast 10-20 minutes before applying your deodorant. Above all try not to think about it (amazingly enough it helps, nervous feelings lead to sweat) and just go on with your routine.

im gud at this question!! well put deodorant before you go to sleep. but try to but one thats really good. some say that there 24 hour protection, but most of the time its not true. and about your hair, wear it up that way you can get air around your neck.!! hope I helped!!!

yep! where your hair up… that way it would be around your neck getting you a little sweaty. if you want, buy a hair clip so that when your hair is up, you have it up with a clip so its still real bouncy. as for the sweating, maybe it’s just hormones. when my cousin was around 15, she would sweat through everything. the best deodarant she used was BAN. she used the shower clean smell I think and it helped her tons. at first, she carried a little one around but after, it just got under control. shes 18 now and still uses it!
