Eat high carbs - bread, potatoes, pasta, Good high fat - avacado, cheese, whole milk instead of 2% Protein - peanut butter, tuna, pizza
bread… lots and lots of bread, but unless your interrestic I would advise you not to want to do that. you should be happy in your own skin.
well you should probaly consider the portion sizes you eat not the food pursay , b’because it portion size that make people gain weight. But pancakes, mayo, cheese, are all fattening foods
