What eyeliner is best?

I normally use the pencil eyeliner but it’s not working, it rubs off and smudges and clumps, I end up having it smeared all over my eyes. I don’t know which eyeliner is best, gel/cream eyeliner or liquid eyeliner? I haven’t got a very steady hand either. Which do you recommend? Thanks.

I use avons eye liner-not liquid but its good because it stays on for ages and looks really nice well I think it does.x

I use the marker kind (just started using it and I love it) but I used to use the liquid liner. but that is really hard to get off and if you mess up your out of luck unless you have a make up remover. I got my marker kind from target for $5.99 (yeah I know too much for a little thing of eye liner. I got a big bottle of hair spray for less than that. $3.99 for the hairspray.) but good luck with your eye liner. :D

I think a Waterproff liquid eyeliner is best. I use it all the time and so far it is the best result that I have gotten.

A waterproof, smudgeproof self sharpening pencil is my favorite. I use Maybelline Unstoppable.

Probably the cream/gel liner. Most likely it won’t be as difficult to use and easiest to not mess up unlike the liquid liner
