What Else to do?- lost dog

my dog got out yesterday, and we can’t find her anywhere. When she usually gets out, she just runs down to my neighbor’s house,gets played with, then runs back home, but not this time. She got out and there’s no trace of her. We’ve posted signs,Alerted the Shelters around us,checked them out,Still checking out shlters that aren’t as close to us,walking the neighborhood everyday,we’ve even stared going door by door to try and see if anyone’s seen her. Is there anything else we can do to find her? She’s my first dog, and the first pet I’ve lost. I’m trying really desperately to try and find her. How long before pets usually show up? Wouldn’t someone have noticed her? she’s not exactly small (she’s a big dog-Not fat though.)Do people usually try and help lost dogs? She has a collar on her,I’m not sure if she still has her old tags on her,she’s had her shots and poses NO threat what so ever. So far, none of my neighbors have seen her, and that is really scaring me. So, is there anything else I can do to try and find her? Please help me find my doggie.
