what does this mean? (story below)

well I was over my besties house and him and his brother are the same age, but I never throught twice bout him, aniways I was sitting on the couch next to my bestie and suddenly his bro comes up behind me and askks if he can talk to me, so I went with him and entered his room, well he told me how much he cared bout me and how much he can’t live without me, I was totaly mind gone! I was speechless and stressing out, aniways he kissed me and told me that he wanted to go out with me, I still havent gave him an answer and this has happened 3 times already, going to his room and making out, but im not sure what to do or say to him, im scared it will be alkared around him and his bro and I don’t want that lol but I get scared when ever we kiss that he wants more!!! aniways what should I do ? I need help!
