What does that make them?

If Mary and Betty are cousins and the both have children. Would their children be able to get married?

Laws vary from one place to another…second cousins are usually allowed to marry, and where I Iive Mary and Betty, as first cousins, would even be allowed to marry each other (despite both being females - gay marriage is legal here, too).

Yes, they will be 2nd cousins. Which apparently is fine. Personally I could never marry a cousin! haha.

if they are getting married to eachother I think they can in some states. back then family got married to eachother and had kids. but their kids where born with birth defects. because it was family. with all the people in the world why would they want to marry family?

I think they would be second cousins. if mary and betty are cousin then I think their kids would be second cousins or something like that. I am not sure but I think that is the way it goes.

Yes…the children would be 2nd cousins. There is not law against that.
