What does it mean when im running in my dream?

Usually nightmares are caused by stress in your life. Some people experience this due to post traumatic stress disorder. Dreams are thoughts/images/sounds that you have experienced at one point in your life that is stored deep within your mind and it’s all scrambled randomly while your sleeping. Your dream however sounds like a subliminal message to me. Or it could be something even deeper… Do you remember if this dream has occurred while sleeping anywhere else? Or is it only on your bed that you have had this dream? Did you wake up once the small voice was lost?

just in my bed, never when I slept over at someones place. Usually the voice came back and then would disappear again, but once I did wake up after it was lost. :/

well dreams are when your mind puts everything you know into a dream and you know I have nightmares all the time but I dont think nightmares come true but I honestly think that just happy dreams come true but dont worry about it and you wanna know something I have a nightmare sometime where I keep falling down stairs and it never ends untill I wake up and I hear all kinds of voices laughing at me when I do and it really does scare me

my parents are separated but this happened also before they separated, I live with my mum and my dad comes visits every second week end.

Are your parents together? Do you like your dad? Do you live with your dad and wish you lived with your mom? Maybe you were running towards your mother’s voice and your dad’s voice made you feel uncomfortable?
