what does my dog have?

OK out of no where my dog has like four little hairless spots is it because she has fleas or what please help

Answer #1

I am going with P and Harley. Fleas would not normally cause hairless spots, your dog would have to have them so bad you would be seeing them crawling all over the dog. I would be taking my dog to the Vet.

Answer #2

I doubt it’s fleas, unless you’ve noticed her biting and scratching to the point that she’s taken the hair off…Mange and ringworm come to mind, tho…got to go to the Vet sometimes…

Answer #3

Where are the hairless spots? Compared to a dime…how big are the spots? Did there used to be hair there before?

Answer #4

Dude, its your dogs nipples. Don’t freak out. They have more than 2. Either that or its mange. I heard it can be cured with peanut butter on the nose.

Seriously…take your dog to the vet. The veteranarian not a vietnam vet.

Answer #5

Does your dog itch a lot? It could have fleas look thru the fur. Or it could be the food your giving it.

Answer #6

my dog doesn’t itch or nothing and I always check her for fleas but I don’t find nothing

Answer #7

Mange is only seen under a microscope, or it could be allergies.

Answer #8

could be fleas, mange, allerigies, I would say go to a vet and let them do a skin scrape to find out what is going on and get the right treatment.

Answer #9

fleas probably. although, it could be another animal. my dog’s brother lost hair because he was allergic to cats, so maybe you should make a vet appointment.
