im 14 6’0 weigh 140 and was wondering what excercises work best to get abs
lol k I realize imma chick but I’ve done this before to strengeth abs cause my boos needed me to ride a kinda insane horse it worked for me so… Lay face down liek your about to do a push up…then lift urself up but leave your rist…too elbows on the floor… then hold urself up in that position for about 30secs then gradully lengthen the time… hope this helps..
yep luey is right good excercise its called the plank, do it sideways too
