What does it really count if you only rub not go in?

ok well I know someone who says they play with them selfs. I found out when you do you stick however many fingers will fit where you go pee but does it count if you just rub around that spot and what else do girls do like that? if you get plessure from just rubbing around there and your scared to try and go up your 1st whole, what do you do and does it count or whatever? what else could you try to give you plessure besides going in?

well I don’t know how that stuff works haha.iam a dude.but from what I hered most girl rub it first then if you get wet and and stuff you can use one finger and put it in slowly.just try it and see what feels best for you.
