It means when you’ve got your issues/problems, you shouldnt be talking about other peoples issues.

For example, senator John Ensign, he’s a republican governor and ran on a platform of family values, he publicly said bill clinton had no credibility left after the monica lewinsky scandal, and was against gay marriage, and then it turns out he was having an affair…

The basic premise is, if you’re doing something wrong and yelling about other people’s faults, your own faults are likely to come out and kick you in the butt…
