well, what I think is that private school cost too much and your parents proable doesn’t have that kind of money.and also it will be much hader to make friends at a private school.

I go to private school and I think it is ok. none of my friends make fun of me or anything but I think that private school is better than public because there is less people there and teachers have more time to teach to you.

Both can be good or bad. It depends on the teachers.

My sister is a teacher in a public school and says that one thing people forget about public schools is that they have very strict guidelines in teaching so that all students are learn what state boards and national boards decide is necessary. Private schools do not have to follow those guidelines. The GOOD ones do. The poor ones don’t. Again, it depends on the teachers.

In my opinion, private schools are so much better than public school because you don’t have as many interruptions in private school like you have in public school. That’s because you have to pay for private school. It would be a waste of money for the parents if the they paid so much money a year for private school when their does nothing in schoolm but make trouble for the other students.

i’ve never been to private school, but most of the people who have posted here seem to have never been to public school. in my opinion, it realy depends on the town the kids and the teachers whether you’re at public school or private school. example- i go to a middle school (let’s call it C school) that is a few blocks away from another school in the same town (let’s call it M school). my best friend goes to the M school. she absolutly HATES IT THERE most other kids do too, they say that most of the teachers are rood and there are too many rules. at the C school most of the kids like it. it’s great there. there are only a few teachers who not very many people don’t like but most of the teachers are great! in a private school you probably get more attention because they can afford to hire more teachers because you have to pay them. so the teachers usuallu (i’ve heard) have smaller classes, so they can spend more time with students. but you usually have many more rules there two. all in all i think it depends largly on the people who go to and teach in the schools.

I go to a private school and hate it. It’s WAY too strict. We’re not allowed to do hardly anything that doesn’t revolve around god (it has a christian ethos).

I have no problem with people believing in god, but it feels as if theyre forcing it down my throat.

And I hate wearing uniform. We arent allowed make-up, hair dye, our hair has to be tied up, no nail varnish, or anything minute like that, or we get practically eaten alive by them. They say its cause they want to give us a good education, but how is wearing make-up going to affect that?

I’m not sure if all private schools are like that, or if mines just super strict. I’d rather be at a public school.

to be thruthful idl private school I mean it can seem better than a public school and all but if you really think about it its almost the same. You pay attention and you get god grades thats the way I c it and im not going to wear a uniform for my 9-12 grades no not me!!!

I think all that really matters is personal preference. and private school students are not better or worse off than public school students, and I dissagree that the teachers of gov schools dont care. many do.

They focus on you in the private schools and in public they usually don’t care if you succed or not. the kids are usually rich or smart in private schools trust me I been to both private and public schools.

Private school is better than government school from teaching way but that not means the government school is bad and the most of clever people are from government school this is my opinion.

I go to a private school. I think its better, my brother went to a public school and recently did his HSC, the teachers didn’t teach him half the work so he only got 70.

I go to a private, the teachers actually WANT to teach you, they care because you’re paying for education.

I’ve have been in private school my whole life! Its more controlled than public school and you feel somewhat safer, but NOT MUCH. I go to an all girls catholic highschool! Let me tell you, THESE GIRLS ARE CRAZYY! There have been a lot of fights that almost got physical but one of the teachers wil always stop it before it does end up physical! I will be walking in my locker room and I will see girls making bongs outta water bottles!!! They bring weed and cigarettes to school! Theyre alll PETTY and get itno as much drama as they can possibly find! The thing is, these girls are misbehaved and there parents send them to private schools to control them and try to make them into young ladies. I have to say that public school is more layed back and not nearly as dramatic, but there all the same with craziness. I guess you have to pick lol

Private schools are a lot better. The teachers actually care about your futur and its a close little community.

i dont like all the ones iv been at but it is much better than my towns middle school
