What do you think about this ex boyfriend living situation?

I currently live with my ex boyfriend, not as awkward as you’d assume. Awkward part is I still have feelings for him but im in a situation where im not sure if I should act on them or not. I’d rather not try something then make the whole living situation uncomfortable. I’ve known him forever in fact he was my elementary school crush 2nd-5th but with certain things he’s hard to read. He randomly says things like “if I were ugly would you still love me?” “is it just me or are there other guys your interested in?” He speaks about the future often as well and never just uses “I” or “You” it’s always “Us” or “We”

We’ve seen eachother every day for years and we’ve never had an arguement of any sort, we’ve never ran out of things to talk about.

We talk about everything except starting a relationship. I’m unsure of if I should even bring up the topic or not, we both have feelings for eachother but im not sure if his have shifted towards friendship. I’d rather not bring it up and have it end horribly then have to deal with living together.

Should I keep my thoughts on a relationship to myself or should I bring it up?
