I love music!! I used to play a french horn, but I’m moving on to drums. I don’t do it during school cause my schedule and daily life won’t allow it, but I do miss the days when I was in the school band a bit. ;)
I do not think that school bands are only for geeks and nerds. Geeks do computer stuff and are socially awkward, and nerds are those people who don’t join anything extracurricular and get good grades at school. The girl that I’m interested plays the sax. She also plays at least one more insturment, but I don’t know what it’s called. I don’t think anything nerdy or geeky of her. The music crowd can however be a hard one for an outsider to get into (least w/o an insturment anyways…)

No, I think anyone in band is very talented & desirves credit for what they do :)
