Do you know any good cooking websites?

My mum’s birthday is in 2 weeks and im kinda broke so I can’t really get her anything really nice. So I was thinking of maybe baking a cake or cooking her dinner, something like that. Can you recommend me a really good website with easy recipes?

I consider http://www.foodnetwork.com/ an excellent website. Are you familiar with the Food Network (Channel 52)? Regardless, this site has a list of all the cooking shows, chefs and recipes that said chefs have cooked. It even has a Holidays and Parties section which might be just the thing you are looking for. I

If you don’t know any of the chefs and their specialities, I would recommend you begin with the recipes of Anna Olson, who is big on dessert-making (she does savoury dishes too). You can also search Warren Brown (the name of his show is Sugar Rush) as he owns his own bakery and focuses solely on baking sweets.

Hope you find something you like!

Try this website – www.jamieoliver.com/recipes.

Jamie Oliver is a famous UK celebrity chef, some of his foods are pretty yummy and quite easy to make and very healthy too.

You can also youtube Gordon Ramsay, but this man is notorious for cooking with lots and lots of meat and seafood. He’s not a fan of vegetarian dishes unfortunately but his youtube cooking step by step clips looks interesting.
