what do you do when you feel like your gonna puke?

So I ate a little to much at dinner and I feel like im gonna spew chunks, What can I do to feel better. No sarcasm please . Not in the mood.

I get sick when I eat 2 many vegetables, as junk is even worse I feel like I am going to throw up if I have 2 jelly babies.

As what everone has said on the top I agree .I just sit on the tolit for two minutes and it is over for me .

Breathe in deeply through nose Take a sip of water Blow your nose (yes I know it sounds stupid, but try it) Try not to move too much.

I sit on the toilet and talk to someone through the door. When I get a “icky” feeling I breath slow and calmly.
I would also listen to music through the door, it helps.

I was once slept over at my friends house. In the morning, I didn’t feel good and it just got worse. I went to the toilet, kneeling. I brethed calmly through my nose. My friend, on the other side of the door, put music on. He made jokes, and got me in a good mode. This went on for 30 min, and I decided to stop. You know why? ‘Cause I didn’t want to spend the day like this. I puked and 7 min later I felt fine. My advice is hold it back for 30 min, and if you still feel bad… Give in and through up.

I rock back and forth, I sit or lay on the stairs,or I squat down in the bathroom and trace the floor tiles with my finger. These are kind of weird, but they work for me. It’s all about mind over matter, if you think it works it does. You can try these, but I don’t know if they’ll do YOU any good… : /
