As an Air Traffic Controller we used the phonetic alphabet chippo gave you.
Okay, you’re all a tad confused.
The list you originally gave, ermical, was a mixture of military phonetic alphabet and the Greek alphabet. The list that Chippo gave was only the military phonetic. There are not “many interpretations” for these, only the two.

E - Echo
F - Foxtrot
G - Golf
H - Hotel
I - India
J - Juliet
K - Kilo
L - Lima
