What do people mean when they say it better to have a baby on your cycl?

I don’t know why but people say its better to ahve sex if you want a baby on your cycle I though that was suppose to get rid of baby holding stuff to make room for more I dont really understand much about babys and what they have to do with your cycle can some one explain please

First thing, the plural of baby = babies.

Secondly, what do you mean on your cycle.

The menstrual cycle is (on average) a 28 day cycle.

For several days you have your period. This is when the uterine lining is shed (I suppose you can call it the baby holding stuff if you must, however, it is not shed to make room for more, I dont even know what that means). This usually is an indication that the person did not get pregnant. This is not a good time to be trying to get pregnant.

For several days you’ve got the follicular phase, this is when the follicle (the phase before the egg is formed) begins to mature

Around day 14 you’ve got ovulation, egg is released into fallopian tube

After that you have the luteal phase. If the egg does not implant at some point during this time, the hormone levels and what not end up making the egg sort of break down, which in turn effects other hormone rates, which set off your period

of course this is about as basic as I could get. try reading your biology textbook on human reproduction.
