What do I do when I get so angry and annoyed and depressed?
My family abuse me and I hate them soo much theyr always hurting me and annoying me what do I do with all my feelings???
Please no mean comments
I know how you feel/ I normaly try to aviod the family by leaving the room or something/ you could try avoiding urs like the plauge…good luck oh and if you ever need help or just need to talk you can fun mail me or what ever the hell its called
I know how you feel, yeah I agree with hollowtears…try and avoid them. It might not be easy but try your best. If they say anything to you that insults you don’t listen I know it goes in your head and if you hear it enough it can stick. Just remember say to yourself words should never hurt me. They could hurt but not if you learn to not let them. Try shutting them out. With the annoying part same thing just do what they say and count to ten to let your anger out. As for the abuse part, it can be extremely difficult. The best answer would be tell someone about it. But if your scared to for whatever reason then confide a friend that you trust and every time your family hits your or does something to you and it hurts tell your friend and it will make you feel better.
I know how you feel my mother and her partener cause me so much emotional pain the only way I can escape is though music and by being alone in my room or at friends house it’s like they hate me or something

Look, this is only temperary. Your family will see what you are soon enough. The best thing to do is to ignore your families comments and abuse. They just don’t think that you are who you are. They probably think you are being a poser. Show them that being different is a good thing. Let them know that you follow your own path. Most Important, don’t let anyone get you down. Also, keep things simple. Don’t over think a situation. It just leads to stress.
