What do I do if my back tooth isscencitive because of a toung ring?

I have a metal ball in on my tounge ring when I was eating I bit it ,it isnt chipped but it is very scencitive to the point were I cant open my mouth it is killing me what do I do to stop the pain?

You may not have chipped the tooth but you could have fractured it or even the bone in the jaw from the impact. Go to the dentist and get X-rays.
