what do I do ? / how do I get over him ?

my ex broke up with me like a year ago , but I can’t get over him because he took my virginty .

well now he has a girlfriend butt he still text`s mee and ask me to sleep with him . I don’t wanna do it because thass mean ,butt I feel I have to because he was my first love and plus I still love him . well anyways while we where going out me and him exchanged rings so I have his ring and he has mine . he always ask for it , but when he comes over he neva get it . after ever time we have sex ill ask him “do you want your ring “ and he will saay ill jusst get it later . and plus his girlfriend he has now is so pretty . she looks way better than me . and I keep asking myself if he has such a pretty girlfriend why does he keep coming back to mee ? im so counfused . does he still like mee ? how do I get over him ? what do I do?
