What do I do about me so called bestfreind?

I’v been best friends with this girl for 4 years. She can be a really funny and a cool person to hang out with but then theres this other side of her where she can be loud and annoying and just straight up mean.

She has a lot issues…her parents are constantly arguing and she hates her dad. One side of her is talking about harvard the other about doing weed

shes lying to me more than ever and I feel like I cant trust her anymore… I care about her but shes just becoming to much I don’t know what to do please help):
