itchy rash is leaving a mark on my legs how to get rid of them?

I have this rash I got in early july and I still have it. It is really itchy some arts and the parts that are no longer itchy someare lighter than my skin and the other parts of the rash looks so weird. I went to a doctor as soon as I got this rash which is on my really long legs. When I went to the doctor he just gave me some ointment but what about the mark it is leaving on my legs.

I think I know what your talking about. I got this majoy rash as well one and it went away when I put this cream on. the mark will eventually go away, well thats what it did to mine. Its completely gone now.
