stay away from pink and blue. blue will wash out the color of your eyes, and pinks will excentuate the pink tints in your skin.

go with browns or purples

anything with a purple tint will compliment your eye color

try a soft brown for the eye lid, then for the crease go for a darker shade of the same color. you want to stay consistant. then for the underbrow fill in with 2 shades lighter, don’t forget to blend. use your finger and just gently blend in the light with the dark. now for me…right under the brow to enhance the shape, use a white and follow under the arch. shade to make it light. then walla..try it and see what happens.

light golds, browns, greens, GREYandNavyBlue, and plum will look best. Look at pictures of ashlee simpson with her blonde hair because she also has blue/green eyes and blonde hair and is fair as well. Also, she can do an AWESOME smokey eye =)
