hmm it could be linked to stress. although I’m stressed all the time, I suppose some times are more stressful than others. it’s very possible I can scratch while I’m sleeping. although I only scratch when I have it…not when it’s dissapeared of course.

it’s def’ not altitude. it could be link the the humidity/climate. although how dry/wet/warm/cold it is doesn’t seem to matter.

Excema is actually just a fancy term for really dry skin. It can depend on the climate and humidity in the area, or depend on what you are putting on your skin and how you take care of it. I also have excema that comes and goes, but it is usually due to a change in altitude (I live in Colorado but have a house in the mountains) or humidity. Usually during the winter, Colorado gets very dry so my excema flares up. Good luck and after a while it can get easier to track patterns of when and where it comes and goes so you know when and how to treat it :)
