A Dry Hair Cut is usually around £10 if you go to a regular hairdressers, provided you don’ ask them to layer or straighten / style it for you. Just go to a few and ask how much a dry cut would cost you before you actually have the cut. If you get it cut a bit shorter it will probably give you more volume naturally because there won’t be as much weight bringing it down. :)

And if you like emo hair blonde is perfect, most of my friends are emos and goths and they spend loads of money on bleaching their hair before they can change colour or add streaks. Because you already have blonde hair, any coloured dyes you use will go straight into your hair and show up. And because any coloured dye will take so easily you can use the cheap colour dyes which are available in any goth shop for actual colours such as pink, blue, purple, red or green. And you can get normal colours such as black, brown or red in any supermarket or even in poundland lol.
