What can I do to stop my period for a day?

I’m going to a new years party tomorrow night and I just got my period today which completely surprised me becuase I forgot about it. I need it to stop or just become lighter becuase of someone whos going to be there. Now that I’m on my period I’m not going to have sex with him but if I can just make it stop or become light I may get away with other stuff. Please dont judge me or anything, I need help so if you have any ideas please tell me. Also, does the pill work if I’ve already started?

well, no you can NOT stop it in 1 day its simply not going to happen, you also cant make it lighter in such a short amount of time so unfortunantly your going to have it tomorow wether you like it or not you can still have sex with your period (you can still get pregnant too) just put a towel under you if you dont want to get blood on the sheets and use a condom

you should also talk to a doctor and your mum about going on the birth control pill, which can help regulate your periods and you can skip them if its ok to do with whatever pill your given. the pill has side effects and takes 1 month to start working. so the doctor needs to determine which pill, if any is the right one for you some women, especially girls who smoke can not take the pill though

your supposed to be on the pill for quite a while before it has any effect on your flow ani dont beleive there is a way to make it lighter sorry

I belive trying to stop your period causes problems in your body. I wouldn’t do that. Sorry, I know this is not the answer you are looking for.
