What can I do to stop?

I hurt myself a lot I cut myself and deep… I cut myself becuase I am really mad and I cant control myself or I hear voices telling me to do it!!! The good news is that I havnt hurt myself in about a month… Becuase I am really busy… But I really want to stop becuase school is a big problem I get mad a lot!!! But I want to know how to stop… Can someone plzzz help me???

Want to try something DIFFERENT ??? just do the following —>>>RIGHT NOW ;

1–chant ‘hari om’(hari as in HURRY & om as in HOME without the ‘H’) do this repetedly & a point will come where you will feel like you just want to close your eyes ( in that case case do it).At this point increase the number of O in om like HARI OOOM & then HARI OOOM & so on.when you chant this VEDIC MANTRA then remain silent (no thinking!,fidgeting,moving,etc) for an amount of time taken to chant this one mantra.this looks very very simple but its effects are very very very large (even ALBERT EINSTEIN would not had imagine it !!!). this is called ‘CHUP SADHANA’ & I learned it from ‘param pujya ASARAMJI bapu’.—>”www.asharam.org “ also read JEEVAN RASAYAN a book from —“http://hariombooks.goog… “ tihs will help remove all weakness from you,believe me millions have obtained benefits from it ,literally.

note: women durimg their periods are not to chant OM but they can chant HARI

I think you should always talk to someone to let all the anger out, someone you can trust. Because if you keep everything to urself things are going to get worst. something similar to that happened to me. Take my advice it, I did the same and it worked

Can you make sure you are around someone else most of the time? Like a friend or a family member.

Tell someone so they can keep an eye on you.

After that therapy will help you with your self-image.

get a punching bag and put topics on it like school or a persons name or what ever makes you mad on it and punch it when you get mad and keep your sharp objects looked up!

I used to do the same thing, then when I went to the Physc-ward , and I was alone in a room all day , I realized that why should I cut my skin? I am better then that and I will not let my emotions control me, but you know, I never EVER told anyody how I really felt, I lied a little or just told the basics, I still havent untill this day , and hunn , all you need to do is tell your self you have control and no one else, You the one who controls your emotions, and voices, I went through all that as well , If it helps I used to talk to myself, weird I know, but I went through it all , and its not worth it becasue 10 years from now , your going to be thinking, why did I hurt myself? Stupid idea .
