What can I do about my period making me bleed to mcuh?

ok im 13 and im asian asians have really thin blood and my period makes me bleed so much that I can feel sick or faint (like I have litarly fainted) I’ve told my mom and shes a nurse but she says it normal but I really dont think it is because I can even feel dissie when im in school because of it is there anything I can take to help me not bleed so much or just feel more contiese on my period?

its mother nature, everyone bleeds at there own pace. it depends how your body is. stay away from dairy foods, such as cheese. if you eat that food, your period becomes heavier and it smells disgusting >,< if you feel dizzy, it means that you need more vitamins. that happens me all the time. when I wake up, and get up from my bed, my vision goes black. im starting to drink more vitamins and it is calming down. also when you have your period, you get bloated a lot…DRINK a lot OF WATER! you are loosing a lot of blood and also vitamins.I swear I wish I was a guy,they dont suffer from the pain girls do. but also drink tylenol or advil it calms the pain down.

no, its not normal for them to be so bad that you feel like your going to faint if you bleed so much then all that blood loss is bad you need to talk to a doctor about this talk to the doctor and they could put you on the birth control pill which can help regulate your period and helps make it lighter as well

well I know my mom talked to some of her doctor friends and bassing it off my blood types they say its normal
