What can I do about my upcoming exams?

Hello. My examinations are coming soon.. My friend is trying to distract me as she wants to do better than me. Now im so stress. I dont know what to do now.. These examinations contain this year and last year work.. Im stuck. Please help me.

Tell your friends you can’t be distracted until your exams are over. If they are your “true” friends they wil understand! :)

Why not take her competitive nature and copy it? Right now you’re pouring all your energy into being stressed — that is hard work! Convert the energy into studying like mad, and start today. You have no time to waste. Tell yourself you will do better than her. In the mean time, just smile and let her know everything’s under control.

It might have to be a little act on your part for a short while - but you’ll eventualy fall into the role. Good luck with your studies!

well tell your friend that you dont appreciate what she is doing to you. these grades could make or break your career wether you want to go into higher education or into a job. try and concertrate as much as you can for yourself and if your friend is still being persistant leave her be she aint a good friend is she. try and get your best, you deserve it!

hey its okay to be stressed , but only when its useful. any way heres what I think you should do ,

also this is what you can do,to remove all problems from your life;

1–Never let your inner mental peace be disturbed by external circumstances- “Param Pujya Sant Shri Asaramji Bapu”.

2– hey first of all stop sweating, I can understand your problem. here is what I think you should do;

–chant ‘hari om’(hari as in HURRY & om as in HOME without the ‘H’) do this repetedly & a point will come where you will feel like just close your eyes & do that .At this point increase the number of O in om like HARI OOOM & then HARI OOOM & so on.when you chant this VEDIC MANTRA then remain silent (no thinking!,fidgeting,moving,etc) for an amount of time taken to chant this one mantra.this looks very very simple but its effects are very very very large (even ALBERT EINSTEIN would not had imagine it !!!).

this is called ‘CHUP SADHANA’ & I learned it from ‘param pujya ASARAMJI bapu’.—>”www.asharam.org”

      tihs will help remove all weakness from you,believe me millions have obtained benefits from it ,literally.

note—women during their periods are not supposed to chant OM .
