How can I stop bulimia?

ok. .im belimic. .because I think im fat. .and I told my best friend and she sed I wasnt but im not convinced and it made her really upset and now I av 2 stop because I don’t want to make her upset xXx

Get out while you can!

If you really think you are bulemic, you should see a doctor right away. Show your friend that you care about her and yourself. It will stop the hurting for the both of you.

Also, If you aren’t sure if you’re bulemic, try NOT puking. Its MUCH healthier for you! There’s other ways to tone up your body! Try sit ups, crunches, pushups, running, walking, anything! Anything you do can only improve you!

Here’s what happens to bulemic people. The stuff that goes inside of your stomach, isn’t supposed to come out. When you’re sick, does it ever burn? Mostly it will. Its because acid inside your stomach comes back up, and rubs against your throat and back of your nose. Im serious, the acid does come up. Drink a lot of water with your meals. Its really good for you. If you drink a lot of water, it will fill you up and you dont have to puke.

YOU NEED TO HAVE ENOUGH SELF CONTROL THEN YOU WONT!!! uve got to want to stop and stick to it! nothing can make you do it exept you! and what you think of urself and for gods sake look at some people that cant walk because there sooo fat (those with heart problems and stuff,could die from it) yehh thats not you I bet so your not fat! your healthier without it than you are with!

Drink lots of water, play some sport (try out a team sport- that way you’ll be focused on having fun). Throw out your scales, and whenever you feel like throwing up, take yourself for a walk.

For the past year, I’ve been bulimic, and have put on 8kg (about 20 pounds)! Bulimia will not help you to become healthy or happy.

Task one: Go find some sort of ball and kick it round your local park. Or find a new park.
