what can help your voice

what can help your voice before you sing like water or something

Answer #1

Liquids - water, gatorade, etc… While practicing your singing, always take breaks to get drinks to keep your vocal chords moist… that will help you avoid problems like losing your voice or and stuff.

Answer #2

Deep breathing exercises.

Physical exercises that stretch the diaphram.

Vocalizing for warm up using vowel related exercises.

Stay away from dairy products and grease that may “coat” your vocal chords.

Gargle with something with a high fruit acetic acid solution. (Lemon Juice may work. Also check health stores for a product called “High-C”. I think it is about 2000 international units of Vitamin C. It works real well.)

Get plenty of Sleep the night before.

Hope this helps. :-)

Answer #3

Steam from the shower helps a lot.

Answer #4

dont smoke

Answer #5

Well, I read this article from a singer names lillian garcia and it said that caffiene dries out the throat so you shouldnt drink caffiene. Honey is supposed to work really well and hot water helps. I dont remember much and im not speaking from personal experience bcoz im the worst singer ever but all I know is stay away from caffiene
