Can you really whiten your teeth with salt?
My ma says that I I want my teeth brighter I should lightly brush my teeth once evrey 2 days with salt dose this reely work if so how?
Baking soda is really good for whitening your teeth. I’m not sure about salt.
Arm and Hammer makes a toothpaste with baking soda in it. Go figure. They are a baking soda company lol
Salt? Try baking soda. It seems like salt will cause damage to your teeth, ruin your enamel or something. You can buy toothpaste with baking soda already in it, or just get regular toothpaste and dip your brush in baking soda.
Baking soda works better and is less abrasive than salt.
