I think it would say bleach on it, even if it is just dye it will make your hair go lighter but not super light like bleach

its hair dye all those boxes of hair stuff you see with a girl on the front sporting a different colour of hair is hair colour hair bleach will come in a plain box/bucket and peroxide comes in a bottle you need to mix the powder bleach with the watery peroxide with most of them unless otherwise stated as far as I know, bleach and peroxide dont have any pictures of people on them and if the box says hair colour, it means its hair dye, not bleach

and hair dye cant make your hair lighter it makes your hair darker to get a lighter shade of hair you first need to bleach or get the colour stripped
