What average weight should a girl be at 16 and a height of 5'1?

I am 16 year old and am a height of 5’1. I weight about 143 pounds and mainly have fat on my stomach and arms. I would like to reach a weight of 125 pounds without losing weight on my thighs,legs,or buttocks. how can I lose this fat on my stomach and arms at home with no excersice machines?

Im 16 and im 5 feet and 7 inch and weigh about 41 pounds so your good.

that weight is fine. well its what I like anyway, but its really hard to target where you want to loose the weight. almost impossible, you would just have to work your abs, but you can’t really control where you it

THATS NOT GOOD I’M 5 11 153LBS AND I COULD USE TO LOSE 20-30 SO NO THAT WEIGHT AT 5 6 IS NOT GOOD
