What are these dreams known as?

Has anyone had one of those dreams where somethings happening to you and you feel like your still awake during it, like last night I had a dream I was drowning and couldn’t breathe and I was semi awake during it, or it felt like I was and I started like gaspin for air in my sleep, do these kinda dreams have a name, I thought it could be sleep paralysis but I’m not sure, can someone help me out

I dont know if they have a name, but they happen to me sometimes too…like the phone will be ringing in my dream but I’ll wake up and it will be my alarm…its strange.
